Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle all data entry of commercial materials and rotations.
• Organize, track and record keeping of commercial copy materials sent via multiple digital delivery systems.
• Schedule materials per ad agency-issued copy rotation assignments.
• Preparation of 24 hour daily program log
• Coordination of account activities and reconciliation with sales department
• Work closely with various levels of management and staff within the marketing, sales, programming and finance departments
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
• Strong PC skills including but not limited to WideOrbit Traffic System or related software
Additional Job Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Needham, Massachusetts.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
