Job Description

• Assist Producer and Senior Talent Executive with appointments and phone lines
• Basic office and clerical support for Talent Department
• Assist Bookers with paperwork generated from bookings
• Coordinate film and TV screenings
• Assist with the needs of guests upon arrival
• Manage film calendars
• Take detailed notes in talent meetings
• Update booking calendars and talent boards
• Organize talent meeting times
• Liaise between Talent Department and Segment Producers
• Research industry news and stay up to date with entertainment
• Coordinate media blasts to publicists and agents

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 year of talent related experience
• Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Desired Characteristics
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and adjust to change
• Knowledge of current pop culture is essential: television, film, sports, politics, reality.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
