Job Description
Reporting directly to the Manager of Systems Platforms, the Senior Systems Analyst will work closely with businesses, partners, and technology team members. This role will be a key position in the growth and maintenance of all product and technology aspects of our services. In delivering the key responsibilities of the role, the Senior Systems Analyst will;
• Work with Business Product managers, stakeholders and technology teams on product priorities and be responsible for the development of technical product specifications for our platform.
• Analyze data and trends and make recommendations for product and service changes. Using data and automation, they help the business with AML, PCI and other required governance of the platform.
• Manage multiple projects from inception through completion, coordinating with engineering, QA, product managers, teams.
• Provide clear communication to requesting parties on the status and resolution of their requests.
• Evaluate business problems and revised operational procedures to identify potential enhancements to assigned systems to meet changing business requirements using technical expertise.
• Conduct UAT/quality testing of changes to the platform applications.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the business users and engineering team for all support issues.
• Provide training as necessary for end-users.
• Prepare necessary documents to support clients in understanding the data and work flows, procedures, processes, scope and objectives.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a comparable role
• Good working knowledge of SQL and MongoDB, general understanding of network, data processing, reporting systems
• Must be technically savvy and comfortable working both with business and engineering teams
• Experience gathering system requirements
• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Experience in a collaborative, team-driven engineering environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• BS in a technical degree or equivalent years of work experience
• Experience as support analyst /account manager in consumer-facing software products or services is preferred
