Responsibilities
Role:

SMM will be responsible for ensuring the success of our campaigns and the growth and health of our business by focusing on the strategic integration of the different marketing disciplines and team members, as well as by actively promoting a customer-centric and data-driven culture assuming the responsibility of acting as a key agent of organizational transformation. He/she will be responsible for the supervision and efficient use of marketing resources and vendors to impulse the generation of strategic value supporting the marketing management core functions.

Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: The SMM will lead the integral process of developing and implementing omnichannel, highly effective and creative marketing campaigns for the assigned titles, which translate into the activation of the appropriate strategies to develop customer centric advertising, editorial, promotional and content plans that deliver a solid ROI against our business goals.
• Transformational Leadership: The SMM will work actively with the different marketing team members promoting a customer centric and digital leadership mindset pushing innovation and transformation across the company.
• Strategic Agile Integration: Review and promote the continuous optimization of the core processes of the different MKT disciplines and teams to favour customer centricity and the accurate translation of the strategies into world class executions to make our campaigns stand out.
• Insights and Learning: Lead and develop the data strategy of the marketing team focusing on the identification and collection of valuable data (MSG, campaign Amp, trackings, research, etc.), its analysis and the development and maturing of insight generation procedures and deliverables to empower the marketing team favouring a data-oriented mindset across all members.
• Market Intelligence Taskforce: Collaborate proactively with other company areas and supervise the efforts from the marketing side, ensuring that information and insights are effectively and timely used across the company in the decision making and in key marketing processes such as strategy development, campaign and message optimisations, buyer persona definition, customer journey mapping, etc.
• Resources Management: Supervision and development of the main agencies and vendors to secure strategic alignment, ensure maximum possible return, quality, creative and strategic value to accomplish business objectives.
• Amplify Marketing Team Impact: by supporting the process of developing and executing the strategic path for key films/franchises, securing the key deliverables and performance reports delivered to HO.
