Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
This role will be responsible for providing Techno-Functional project, mentoring, and sustainment support for the Global Payroll organization such as driving payroll enhancements, review of business processes, and converting legacy payrolls into a single payroll system solution. Partner with business owners and IT professionals to document system enhancements and master data configuration changes, including the coordination of testing and production releases.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain functional design and configuration documentation and facilitate documentation walk-thru with IT and Business partners
• Provide functional support for the SAP Payroll system
• Analyze and document payroll process flow from end to end & determine opportunities for process improvements and standardize process controls
• Troubleshoot and manage complex payroll interfaces to downstream systems – Timekeeper, Kronos, Towers Watson, Fidelity, and other benefits related interfaces
• Collaborate with the business and IT teams to ensure business requirements are validated and project goals are achieved
• Participate in and mentor others in gathering and documenting business specifications
• Provide functional and technical expertise in creating and maintaining complex payroll reporting requirements
• Lead various functional and integration testing efforts including creating and validating test cases/scenarios
• Assist payroll team members in reviewing and understanding payroll configurations especially Wage Types, overpayment/claim and other SAP delivered core payroll functionalities

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of the SAP Payroll configuration, data, functionalities, and integration with SAP Finance on a global scale
• 10+ years of prior experience working in finance shared services, payroll operations, or compliance
• Experience implementing SAP Payroll conversion projects including Payroll parallel testing, preferably with Unions
• Experience leading requirement gathering sessions from end-users and translating them into functional design requests
• Excellent knowledge of SAP payroll schema and rules
• Strong background in SAP query and reporting tools required
• Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Understand data management & experienced with data uploads, data validation, and data extractions

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA or Orlando, FL
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
