Sr. Manager, Finance Transformation

Job Description

Responsibilities
The Sr Manager Finance Transformation will lead the execution of a process & systems improvement plan across the region driving simplification, standardisation, automation, documentation & ultimately efficiencies in standard Finance operating procedures. This position will report to the Vice President, Finance & Affiliates LatAm & will work closely with the Accounting, Billing & Collections & FP&A Finance teams.

Job Duties
• Project management of systems road map, establishing key milestones & timelines for deliverables & establishing a communication plan to key stakeholders. Current key priorities are:
• Inhousing local activity in regional offices into SAP, includes rolling out PO process, ebilling solutions, mapping to local GAAP
• Automation of Ad Sales subledger to SAP for creation of invoices
• Automation of Affiliate Sales billing system to SAP
• Interface marketing planning tool into SAP to automate PO creation
• Business lead for all system implementation & enhancements, working closely with IT, documenting & providing business requirements, first point of contact for queries, perform User Acceptance Testing, maintaining detailing testing schedules for sign off by VP Finance & Affiliates
• Liaise with Finance team to identify process improvement opportunities, taking the lead on designing & implementation of improvements, testing, documentation & training
• Develop framework for documentation of all Finance standard operating procedures, identifying & documenting key controls to SOX standard
• Perform gap analysis of finance process' & procedures across the region & other hubs, ensuring standardization & best practice.
• Identify activities suitable for outsourcing, supporting the transition of these to the outsource provider, providing training & hypercare
• Work closely with London HQ to ensure region & leveraging all centralized processes & following best practice
• Any ad hoc analysis/projects as required

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and a minimum 5 years of progressive experience
• CPA or Master's degree preferred in finance or related field
• Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to deal with large volumes of data
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and high standards in quality and accurate reporting
• Strong candidates will be well organized and able to prioritize multiple and competing priorities
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and a pro-active approach
• Experience of working with General Ledger and Consolidation systems: SAP/BPC/Business Warehouse
• Proven track record of process improvement/transformation
• Exceptional judgement and maturity, including an ability to execute independently and work with team members of all levels
• Media and/or Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse strongly preferred

• Must be fluent in Spanish (speak, read & write)
