Responsibilities
Role Purpose
This role will report to the VP, Employee Relations & Fair Employment. This individual will support the Employee Relations functions and partner with the team for strategic development, analysis and execution of the Company's employee relations initiatives, including positive workforce programs and practices. The ideal candidate is a critical-thinking, collaborative and proactive professional.

Responsibilities
• Work with business leadership and HR teams to create, implement and monitor positive workforce practices and strategies
• Advise and train business leaders in positive employee relations practices
• Plan and facilitate employee feedback sessions and partner with management on developing and effectuating an appropriate action plan
• Analyze corporate employee policies, practices, and initiatives to assess impact on employees and to promote internal and external equity
• Research and analyze metrics/data and current trends relating to industry organizing and collective bargaining agreements

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Related Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Industrial/Organizational Psychology)
• Graduate level degree (e.g., MBA, MILR, MA, JD) preferred
• 5+ years of business, HR, labor relations, legal, or other similar experience

• Must be willing to be based in New York, NY

• General knowledge/understanding of National Labor Relations Board election proceedings, practices, and procedures
• General knowledge/understanding of employment and labor laws, employee relations concepts, leadership development, performance management, organizational development and compensation philosophy
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly and effectively build relationships across diverse employee groups, from senior leaders to front-line employees and supervisors
• Ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented project management experience with proven skill in organization, time management and prioritization
• Willingness and ability to credibly challenge the status quo
• Good judgment and ability to work independently
