Responsibilities
This individual will report to the VP of Operations &Technology and will be directly responsible for the success of NBC Universal digital products in LATAM with focus on NBCU Streaming solutions and Platform integrations. Must be a seasoned product leader with a proven track-record of end-to-end ownership and delivery of consumer-facing digital products. Additionally, must be able to plan and execute critical analyses to identify valuable business opportunities within the digital product offering for NBC Universal in Latin America.
Success in this role includes strong thought leadership, excellent relationship management, inquisitiveness, willingness to learn, and experience working cross-functionally within the organization (e.g., Affiliates, Marketing, Creative, Ad Sales, Research, Finance, and Legal). This position is based in Miami, reporting to our VP of Operations & Technology based in Miami.

Key Responsibilities
• Partnering with the VP on team leadership to strategically identify, prioritize, design and implement initiatives to achieve team and department goals.
• Liaise with the NBCU Streaming products management teams to establish Latam's Direct to Consumer Streaming roadmap and technology stack definition and implementation.
• Work with potential NBCU Streaming partners to define and execute on platform integration opportunities.
• Research and define regional DTC billing technology partners and implement DTC use cases as dictated by NBCU Streaming product strategy.
• Define product goals, strategies, and roadmap plans for all digital products including streaming platforms, websites, mini-sites, apps, and some internal business tools
• Main point of contact for internal and external teams, prioritizing and communicating all business requirements, technical requirements, and specifications
• Provide clarity into initiatives across multiple groups, including the alignment between leaders, teams, and individuals
• Oversee digital product portfolio, and roadmap to elevate our capabilities to become an innovation driven team within NBCU International
• Lead product team to produce requirements and user stories that are validated, and successfully translated by external development teams to a product that meets the needs of our company and our customers.
• Identify vendors, and negotiate rates for development, content processing, and any other associated costs with digital product offerings
• Streamline vendor services, as well as improve current vendor economics
• Ideation, development, and management of product rollouts within aggressive timelines, working with both internal and external partners to translate business needs into successful products.
• Set product KPI's aligned to business needs, and ensure there are proper tools and metrics for appropriate measurement
• Build comprehensive workflows and structures to effectively support and scale digital products
• Ensure product alignment to corporate Mission, Vision, and Values to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and evaluate various digital revenue and growth opportunities, including business proposal, financial and business analysis, and communication of findings.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure they are equipped, informed, and able to deliver on digital sales from the product perspective.
• Design, organize, and lead digital business workshops to expand familiarity with the digital ecosystem with the goal of increasing ad sales revenues
• Advise and act as a liaison with internal sales teams by providing guidance; technical expertise, for the portfolio of digital ad sales products
• Identify potential digital revenue partners and assist in the contract structuring, drafting, and execution.
• Ensure successful integrations with necessary programmatic SSP's, Ad Networks, and innovative ad product formats to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute LRP initiatives along with defining tactical strategies.
• Maintain, and forecast yearly budget
• Creation of clear, accurate, and wide-ranging presentations to communicate at all levels of the company including internal teams, senior leadership, and committee level meetings.
• Actively managing team setting goals and objectives, performance feedback, one-one coaching, and hiring.

Lead and develop the product team to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities, by mentoring, encouraging collaboration, and professional development

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8 years' experience working with end to end development lifecycle from ideation, to delivery of digital products
• Minimum 8 years' experience in with digital media and/or digital advertising
• Minimum 6 years' experience in business strategy, consulting, or similar strategic experience
• Deep operational knowledge and expertise in every aspect of digital product development.
• Experience working with Enterprise level technology, integration, and software partners
• Strong skills and experience in product business case creation and product portfolio management
• Effective written and spoken communication; strong storytelling and presentation abilities
• Spanish / English Language fluency (written and spoken)

• Working knowledge of metadata related programming/markup languages and syntaxes including, but not limited to: XML, JSON, HTML
• Familiarity with common project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, others
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Facebook Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and other reporting tools
• High degree of knowledge and experience with Google Ad Manager, and Facebook Ads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in managing, influencing and growing relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
• Familiarity with negotiating, understanding, and enforcing contracts
• High energy, and persistent personality, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal capabilities
