Responsibilities
Job Duties
• Support the development of social media strategies to engage existing audiences and attract new audiences on brand accounts.
• Grow Telemundo's main accounts social media practice by helping prioritize/optimize/balance social postings and operations.
• Ideate and help produce original platform-specific content for brand main social media accounts to drive tune-in and engagement.
• Management of external social media producers, including planning and approval of editorial posts.
• Responsible for creating editorial calendars integrating events, premieres, corporate initiatives, holidays, partner requests, among others, and tracking publication of all content in a timely manner.
• Write copies, publish in real time and schedule content for our social media accounts.
• Work closely with digital creative leads in identifying content relevant to brand accounts audience and coordinating posting calendars per project.
• Work with show social producers to find creative ways to utilize their hosts/content/special talent opportunities on brand account, driving tune in to their shows.
• Liaise with other Telemundo digital/social media teams when appropriate, to collaborate on major milestones, content, key moments, mitigate issues, etc
• Coordination and execution of IG Lives with relevant talent to support strategies for premieres/finals/specials/thematic corporate campaigns and to support platforms like Telemundo APP and Peacock.
• Manage access requests to TMAIN and Universo Social media accounts on FB/TW/IG.
• Publication of filters and relationship with vendor.
• Act as gatekeeper of Telemundo Brand guidelines in all posts/initiatives.
• Attend and actively participate in department meetings.
• Be able to support breaking news or entertainment events during work hours and off work hours (weekends)
• Remain up-to-date with the latest creative, social, digital and industry trends, and help find sources and interesting topics for digital stories.
• Prepare weekly reports analyzing social performance of our brand accounts and identifying areas of optimization and improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience copywriting and copyediting.
• Strong analytical, process development and communication skills; highly detail oriented.
• Understanding of US Hispanic Audiences on Linear and social media and in digital trends.
• Team player able to prioritize work and approach each project with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Passion for social media, including knowledge of social platforms and formats: Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, and Instagram
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively and professionally interface with executives and talent.
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and multiple assignments
• Must be able to work well under pressure and with tight time constraints

Additional Job Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Miami, Florida
• Must be ''on call'' 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
• Must be fluent in Spanish (speak, read & write)
• Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
