Senior Financial Analyst, Process Analytics

Job Description

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze domestic and international Film, Television and Home Video reporting data to develop/validate department's efficiency projects and provide guidance for system improvements
• Audit existing processes to look for inefficiencies and to move processes into PARIS internal reporting ecosystem with a focus on automation and increased visibility
• Work within department to gather data, document processes and the complete efficiency projects
• Establish and maintain communication with various outside departments (Accounts Payable/Controllership/Home Video) to obtain required information for projects and issue resolution
• Test risk-mitigation tolerances in PARIS internal reporting system and BI Tool
• Develop and maintain project trackers and metrics dashboards
• Present project proposals, status updates and results to upper management/executives
• Perform special projects as needed
• Work with department leads to update Sarbanes-Oxley documentation with yearly process changes

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Math or Data Analytics
• Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ERP software, preferably SAP
• 1-2 years of project, audit and/or analytics experience
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
