JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Hayu Product Team, The Senior Product Manager will oversee the delivery of features, improvements, and in-life issues to ensure they are planned, executed and closely aligned with the Hayu quarterly business goals. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with internal Hayu team members and external vendors to accomplish ambitious product roadmap targets whilst enforcing a customer centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager SVOD will support us on an FTC basis with the following:
⦁ Manage in-life and new feature backlogs for Hayu apps (Scrum & Kanban).
⦁ Work closely with Technical, Project, Product Leads & 3rd party Vendors to create product requirements & User stories.
⦁ Enforce a user centric approach and ensure Hayu complies with industry standards
⦁ Identify areas of improvement and manage functional testing pipeline with 3rd party vendor
⦁ Manage design team and process including benchmark research, user testing, stakeholder sign off and handover to the development team
⦁ Make sure a Data driven approach is at the core of the solutions being provided.
⦁ Work with Marketing & Content team to utilise core service data & user testing feedback to drive the Product backlog.
⦁ Work closely with Hayu, Product Managers, External Dev, Operations and QA teams to make sure Product features are agreed, planned and prioritised.
⦁ Work closely with Content & Marketing teams to agree and sign off features as well as UX & Design.
Keep up to date with latest product innovations, market trends and design ideas.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

⦁ Backlog creation and management
⦁ Using a 'Data driven' and user testing approach to improve products
⦁ Agile/Scrum methodologies
⦁ Creation of User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
⦁ Getting user feedback using 3rd party tool
⦁ Pivoting quickly to support wider Business Goals & KPIs
⦁ Working with a small core team (but with extended vendor/development teams)
⦁ Working collaboratively with 3rd Party development vendors

⦁ Experience of Web technologies

⦁ iOS/Apple App store (iTunes connect)
⦁ Android/Google Play console
