Responsibilities
Role Purpose
You'll join NBCUniversal's Global Talent Acquisition team, where you'll sit at the center of it all on the TA Operations team. You'll report to the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations. You'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruiting process. You will execute on projects and process improvement, as well as provide functional strategy for Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Job Duties:
• Drive recruitment optimization by finding opportunities to enhance and improve Talent Acquisition systems, tools, workflows, and processes.
• Oversee all recruitment technology and their integrations.
• Make decisions on system design and configuration based on the needs of our global businesses.
• Manage recruiting workflow components end-to-end.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to create an optimal experience for Recruiters and Hiring Managers, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage key recruiting projects from concept through to execution; prioritize and set expectations on activities.
• Oversee key TA Operations processes & policies, such as employee referrals and job postings.
• Identify tools, systems, or technologies that will improve our processes and make the team more efficient.
• Oversee key vendor relationships and management such as LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment agencies.
• Govern OFCCP compliance guidelines and oversee Applicant Flow maintenance.
• Produce and maintain operational documents including process workflows, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to practices and procedures set by the operations team.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to streamline event process technology, such as landing pages.
• Provide day to day operational guidance to the Talent Acquisition Team, HR Partners, and other internal business partners.
• Resolve escalated issues concerning recruitment technologies.
• Liaise with HR Operations & IT teams on integration & systems issues.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years talent acquisition operations experience in a large-scale corporate environment.
• 3+ years management experience (managing direct reports).
