Responsibilities
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Universal Film Group FP&A team is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for leading the consolidation, analysis, and forecasting of global costs for the entire Film Segment. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
include but are not limited to:
• Consolidation and analysis of Film's global costs, with focus on Overhead/SG&A
• Presentation of cost results and future forecasts to Film CFO and VP FP&A
• Management of Overhead for major forecast cycles (Long Range Plan, Budget, etc.)
• Direct collaboration with finance teams from across the 11 Film business units to ensure coordinated processes and timely reporting
• Leverage film financial system to build robust analytical tools to support Film pacing process
• Work closely with CFO on special projects and cost initiatives
• Act as finance manager for Film HQ business unit providing overhead support to ~20 Executive department leaders spanning all functions (Creative Development, Production, Technology, Diversity, Finance, Legal, HR, etc)
• Responsible for the quarterly analysis of Film's Headcount
• Lead ad-hoc projects, analyses, and presentations
• Assist in Film Group global P&L consolidation duties as needs and availability permit
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of Finance experience
• High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with SAP (preferred but not required)
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends as necessary
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
