Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Contract Reporting

Job Description

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:
• Set up, reconcile, and review on-request film participation statements in automated participation reporting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance to contractual terms
• Work closely with reporting, contract setup, and IT teams, execute user acceptance testing of reporting system enhancements and break/fix updates
• Establish and maintain communication with various departments to obtain required information for statement analysis and issue resolution
• Work with Director/Managers/IT to complete the department's efficiency projects and provide input, guidance for various process enhancements
• Assist in reconciling financial data fed into reporting system to ensure accuracy of distribution and production accountings
• Extract and analyze large sets of financial data using a variety of BI tools
• Perform special projects as needed often working closely with department executives

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance
• Solid knowledge of Excel
• SAP and PARIS experience preferred
• Experience with participation reporting and contract interpretation preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
