Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop strategic analyses to support evaluation of new distribution and partnership opportunities for Peacock
• Build financial models to size opportunities and evaluate deal economics, in collaboration with constituents across the organization (product, marketing, strategy, distribution/partner management)
• Evaluate key strategic considerations of partnership opportunities
• Ideate on creative structures and potential counters to inform deal negotiations
• Monitor competitive landscape to identify emerging areas of opportunity and potential risks
• Create comprehensive presentation materials which clearly communicate financial analysis, incorporate strategic perspective, and coherently drive toward a recommendation / conclusion
• Coordinate with deal / partner management teams to support execution of new partnership opportunities
• Perform ad hoc strategic analysis to support executive decision making
• Develop relationships across Peacock and broader Comcast-NBCU organization

Qualifications
Requirements
• [2+] years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience; [5+] years of overall strategy / BD experience
• Strong proficiency in developing strategic analyses, financial models, executive presentations
• Experience operating effectively in a large, highly decentralized organization
• Experience gathering & analyzing research, utilizing both internal and external industry sources
• Background in television, film, or digital media distribution

• Well versed in current streaming media trends and the evolution of technology distribution platforms
• Self-starter with experience managing separate workstreams that feed into larger deal/project team task
