Job Description

Responsibilities
• This is a fixed term contract opportunity for 14 months.
• Create complex dashboards in Power BI and operationalize ad-hoc analytics projects that transition into re-useable dashboards
• Maintain core HR Dashboard including configuration, updates, new development, etc.
• Assist with implementing key projects and initiatives related to analytics, reporting, and dashboarding
• Act as primary contact for International People Analytics & Reporting inquiries
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity for accurate analysis
• Provide back-up support for analyses conducted by People Analytics team

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Psychology, or other related degree with a focus on data analysis or critical thinking
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data handling (e.g. report writing, data analysis, research, etc.) and using a visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced visualization skills with the ability to tell a compelling story with data

• Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential data
• Effective communicator, storyteller and verbal reasoner
• Understanding of HR as a practice and processes associated with the employee lifecycle
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated aptitude for actionable analytics
• Background or familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, Snowflake, or Power BI
• Experience programming and building scripts (e.g. using SQL or Python) to combine and interrogate structured and unstructured data sets
• Desired work schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
