Responsibilities
NBCUniversal's Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $8B annual advertising business.

We are currently seeking a Scrum Master for our Peacock Ad Integrations squad.

Core Responsibilities include:
• Lead and train the Ad Integrations squad efforts using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
• Facilitate ceremonies, collaboration, and communication
• Understand objectives, scope, stakeholders, and impacts of ad integration squad projects.
• Guide the team on self-organization, and encourage steps to a sustainable pace of work that is achieved without coercion
• Analyze the product, tech, and QA processes and deliverables and suggest enhancements
• Remove impediments so the squad can successfully fulfill commitments
• Assist with dependency management and identifying risks to deliverables
• Monitor and eliminate conflicts and blockers within the squad
• Support in grooming and maintaining product backlogs
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure project statuses, successes, and risks are being reported to management

Qualifications/Requirements
• 1+ years of previous experience working in an Agile environment
• 1+ years of experience in digital media and/or advertising technology
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
• Familiarity with JIRA (or similar project management tool)
• Ability to adapt to change and identify efficiency opportunities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Energetic self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys thinking critically to solve problems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Intellectual curiosity with aptitude to understand and communicate details of technical systems

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in New York, New York

Desired Characteristics
• Experience with FreeWheel and/or similar digital advertising platforms
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Deep knowledge of scrum and agile practices.
• Previous Scrum Master experience
• Previous Project Management experience
