Job Purpose
The Sales Operations Coordinator/PA will assist the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. The Sales Operations Coordinator/PA will also serve as a Personal Assistant which will include basic administrative support to three Senior Sales Executives and diary management.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and collaborate, as needed, with clients, sales, marketing, production, technology development, creative, editorial, legal, and product teams on various activities that support sales objectives.
• Support the creation of presentations and assist in the development of reports.
• Project coordination as required.
• Assist in driving training initiatives/modules in the EMEA/APAC regions.
• Provide PA support and diary management for three Senior Executives including booking travel, accommodation and restaurants as required, arrangements for both onsite and off-site client meetings and filing expenses.
• Provide basic administrative support for the sales team including travel for international meetings, arrangements and logistics for client meetings.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team as needed.
• Support the planning, preparation and running of meetings including any post meeting follow up activities as required.
• Performing data entry duties as it relates to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Requirements
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to deal with many competing requirements concurrently, prioritising on a daily basis.
• Pro-active, confident, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a busy administrative role and ability to liaise with senior management in a friendly, professional, helpful and approachable manner.
• Exceptionally self-motivated, self-driven, focused individual
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Professional and discreet with an ability to represent the organisation
• Flexible approach and a team player
