Responsibilities
Role

This role will be a sales support and client service executor with the potential to be an independent sales role in two years when opportunities come. This role reports to head of China and support sales function including but not limited to sales deck preparation, presentation, deal execution, tendering related jobs, client visiting, office administration, interns hiring and management, ticket booking and T&L help etc.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support and Client Service
• Assist Business Director, China market in new business development research and sales related activities
• Assist the China sales team in the preparation of materials for client pitch and post report
• Work with Singapore to help China sales team organise the proposals, videos, case studies and research materials
• Manage and execute the media campaign with China sales team
• Updates and maintains client/agency database
• Maintain the relationship with clients and sales reps in China
• Help translate proposals to English or Chinese were needed
• Other duties as required by manager
• Marketing Execution
• Work with sales and Singapore solution team on event management and execution; need to know how to maximise the client benefit without breaking any protocol
• Manage/vendor PR agency to ensure the success of events
• Maintain relationships with current media partners
• Premium design, selection and production management
• Maintain Catalyst WeChat public account and other social media handles
• Other duties as required by manager
• Administrative
• Handle routine office administrative work includign the relationship with building management office and office payment/security
• Recruit and manage intern
• Manage office supplies
• Business travel assist
• Liaise with headquarters on adminstrative subjects and communications as required
• Other duties as required by manager

Qualifications/Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Must have 2+ years' related work experience in media industry, prefer international media
• Experience in operating social media handles preferred
• Results-driven and strong client service spirit with professional manner;
• Must have good English skills (speaking, translation, writing)
• Must have strong PPT skill
• Team player; detail oriented; multi-tasking under pressure
• Self-starter, disciplined and diligent
• Strong will for learning new things
• Can travel with sales and have passion to be sales in future
