Project Manager, On-Air Graphics (Freelance)

Responsibilities

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 6 - 12 months.

Role Purpose:

The Project Manager, On-Air Graphics operates as a logistical hub of the motion graphics projects, gathering requests from Production, working with Scheduling to assign Designer resources, and completing, quality controlling (QC'ing) and delivering graphics assets to show-staff for air. A successful candidate will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
• Understand motion graphics construction, purpose, and terminology
• Define project parameters including
• Create and maintain job calendars
• Estimate and maintain project budget in coordination with Production team
• Participate in selection of project team (both internal and external resources
• Effectively and diligently manage all media related to project
• Manage the time of the internal artists
• Collaborate with other in-house Project Managers to share departmental resources
• Work well with outside vendors when needed
• Deliver the highest-quality graphics on time and on budget, ensuring a smooth workflow and punctual delivery of on-air assets

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum five (5) years' experience working at a network or broadcast design agency
