Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Production Operations Coordinator is responsible for the administration, management and maintenance of various Production Operations programs in support of Universal Studio Group's production environment. This position will report to the VP and Director of Production Operations.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Primary administrator for the Scenechronize Hub, the third-party system utilized by USG for production document distribution and storage. Duties include setting up shows, adding and removing studio and production users, managing permissions, access and folder templates and creating new folders and document meta data. This position is the primary point of contact for the studio and production users and manages an extremely heavy volume of daily phone and e-mail traffic.
• Acts as contract administrator and key liaison with Scenechronize. Coordinates and participates in monthly team meeting with Scenechronize. Conducts UAT testing for new system releases and is the subject matter expert on both the user facing and administration sides of the system.
• Coordinates with our shows and Scenechronize for the implementation of and training on the Scenechronize Production Office Automation (POA) tools.
• Primary administrator for coordinating the Production Operations Asset Management Program.
• Track the status of all USG-produced shows
• Track and communicate the startup and wrap dates of all productions
• Schedule and participate in kick off and wrap calls
• Produce notes from each call
• Follow up and communicate the status of the kick-off & wrap takeaways: Archives notification, Donations, sales, Etc.
• Provide the team with the main contacts from each show, whether from Synchronize or directly from show execs
• Assist SVP, VP and Director Production Operations as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Some college education or equivalent work experience in a customer service role, administrative capacity or in the entertainment industry, or a combination thereof
• Demonstrated ability to learn and use new applications and systems quickly
• Ability to perform minimum technology-related functions such as troubleshooting, tracking system issues, maintenance and releases
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized in approach and execution of work, processes, procedures and maintenance of records

Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours.
• Must be willing to work at Universal City, CA.
• Must be 18 years or older.
