Production Coordinator

Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Stamford Media Center is seeking a Production Coordinator as described below. This is a Run of Show position.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Support Operations & Engineering Departments
• Coordinating deliveries from vendors
• Maintaining supplies
• Securing vendor agreements and certificates of insurance
• Distributing schedules, call sheets and other documents
• Cell Phone Account Management for Facility
• Maintain Storage Inventory
• Onsite Support on Weekends (when necessary)
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Facility Line Producer

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-year production related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating the internet
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and adjust to change

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT and remotely.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
