Responsibilities
NBCUniversal is seeking a Production Coordinator for its One Platform Marketing Creative Development Team which oversees the development and execution of multi-network, multi-platform creative marketing, media, and content solutions for advertisers across the entire NBCU Portfolio of TV networks, digital partnerships and its new streaming service, Peacock. The Creative Partnerships Team oversees the development of scripted and non-scripted content in partnership with premium creators, celebrity talent and advertisers for distribution across NBCUniversal and Comcast owned distribution channels.
In the fast-paced environment of an agency, the Intern must embrace tight deadlines and help the Production and Talent Teams deliver the highest quality content. This position interfaces heavily with the entire sales organization, advertising clients, network creative & production teams, and celebrity talent teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
• Create and manage post-production timelines and approvals for sizzles, internal videos and book voice over sessions.
• Create delivery codes, deliverables tracker and deliver/traffic final videos
• Communicate with internal teams to gather, update, and maintain production forms and documents
• Assists production team with clearances and routing to legal
• Create and distribute production documents including call sheets, pre-pro books, etc. on behalf of the production team
• Aid producers and production team with filing insurance requests and processing equipment rentals for live productions
• Attend shoots as needed
• Track and report music usage for post-production projects in edited house and externally

Qualifications/Requirements
• 2+ years of production experience
• Must be able to work outside of normal business hours as job duties or assignment requires, sometime with little or no advance notification
• Experienced in managing multiple ongoing productions simultaneously and successfully
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY and able to travel as required
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
