Responsibilities
The Preditor will be responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and producing on-air, off-air, and multiplatform promotional videos for E! programming, ad sales, sponsorship, and branding initiatives. This role will also lead, provide creative direction, and oversight for various on-air marketing campaigns, as well as work closely with the Creative Director to provide creative and functional leadership for junior staff members and freelancers.

Responsibilities
• Function as an integral member of the On-Air Creative Team and will be specifically tasked with the continuing evolution of the E! brand voice and tone.
• Provide groundbreaking ideation, development, and creative direction for network on-air and off-channel marketing of new series, existing shows, ad sales and sponsorship initiatives, network branding, etc.
• Write compelling scripts for digital, social, and on-air promotion.
• Pitch creative concepts and ideas to senior-level management to get ''buy in.
• Work with project managers, graphic designers, producers, editors, and audio mixers to shepherd projects through entire production process; ensuring projects stay on schedule and under budget.
• Partner with creative team members and other departments to ideate, brainstorm, and develop creative around various E! content and marketing conceits.
• Implement promotional strategy for on-air and social campaigns, and be a problem solver who can work with junior and senior staff members.
• Direct talent and crew on-set for a variety of live-action applications.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of broadcast or cable network experience in on-air promotion.
• Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere or AVID.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience directing live-action shoots or relevant experience on set.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
• Must be willing to work in either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.

• Ideally have some experience directing shoots and managing a production set, including crew and talent.
• Possess a strong understanding of various social media platforms (Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to create content designed to resonate with those audiences.
• The ability to shoot and operate cameras is a plus, or the desire to learn photography and lighting.
• The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal/external vendors, internal departments, and senior management.
• Must be able to direct voiceover talent.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Airtable, Microsoft Suite, etc., a plus.
