Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
The PA to the Group Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role at the heart of the Marketing function in the Universal Pictures UK & Eire business. The role is responsible for supporting the Group Marketing Director and will also provide support for other areas of the Marketing department as listed below. As an important part of the team, the ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm, understand the importance of ensuring the team is running smoothly and be passionate about what we do.

KEY PA RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the Group Marketing Director on a daily basis:
• Helping to facilitate a smooth flow of communication to and from internal and external colleagues on diary and email management
• Creating and maintaining bespoke presentations
• Arranging NDAs
• Raising POs and organising invoices
• Organising and supporting events, screenings and premiere communications
• Organising all internal and external Marketing sessions and conferences
• With the daily maintenance of information resources, and by giving general administrative support
• Organising all international travel for the Group Marketing Director, including flights, accommodation, visas, etc.
• Assisting with monthly expenses
• Taking minutes & action points and managing internal monthly meetings
• Supporting the CRM team by providing administrative support

KEY COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the Marketing team on a daily basis:
• Support on basic elements of media briefs – competitor release environment, macro environments, synopsis, chasing of departments for their input, initial stab at SWOT analysis
• Support on developing and delivering creative materials
• Support Marketing Managers to deliver allocated elements of broader campaigns
• Uploading of media plans to MAGIC
• Templated PVOD creative delivery
• Assist in the organising and facilitating of planning sessions, kick offs and brainstorming sessions
• Initial set up and templates for filmmaker decks and campaign summaries, basic slides plus ongoing QC of font, chasing up info from all teams and amalgamating plus general finessing
• Assisting Brand Promotions, Special Projects and Creative Engagement leads and support with cover in situations of absence / leave
• Smart sheet ordering

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience in a PA/Coordinator capacity
• Ability to create high-level, creative presentations – either ppt or keynote
• Excellent ability in Microsoft Office software suite
• Interest in the film industry
• Analytical mindset
• Hard-working

• Trustworthy, tactful and diplomatic
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent collaborator, team player with good people skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
