Job Description
Payroll Process Analyst (SAP)

Responsibilities:
• Process Payroll in SAP for multiple NBCU business entities union and non-union employees
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with process partners to ensure all data inputs are received for payroll processing
• Ensure that all processes are completed timely and accurately
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, prioritization and communication skills
• Research and resolve processing issues and partner with IT support as needed
• Review Payroll simulation and audit report to ensure payroll efficiency and accuracy
• Manage payroll processing calendar and deadlines
• Ensure that payroll payments are successfully disbursed (check and ACH)
• Work with cross functional counterparts to understand and resolve issues
• Provide SAP payroll operational subject matter expertise to resolve issues
• Identify opportunities to ensure continuous process improvement
• UAT Participation to test any system upgrades or break fixes before they go to the production database to ensure everything is working properly
• Other duties as assigned

Accountabilities:
• Consistently meet payroll processing deadlines, accuracy and benchmarks
• Ensure legislative or contractual payroll compliance
• Flexibility to meet the payroll processing demands
• Provide timely support and respond to questions from other departments
• Adherence to Comcast NBCUniversal policies and standards

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience; Certified Payroll Professional designation a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience processing payroll in a medium/large organization with multiple business entities
• Experience with processing SAP Payroll

Desired Characteristics:
• Specialized knowledge of payroll reporting, principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, prioritization and communication skills
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of FLSA and Wage & Hour laws
• Able to interpret the Union Contracts
• Effective organization and planning skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Able to maintain confidential information

Additional Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA or Orlando, FL
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
