Responsibilities
Our Partner Care Technology Team is responsible for consulting on all matters regarding our technology solutions which Partner Golf Courses use to successfully run their businesses. The Technology Specialist is a blended role of implementing and supporting our technology. This role performs a large variety of tasks, acting as both an industry and technology consultant in providing elite service rarely found in the golfing industry. Job Duties
• Provide technology support via phone, email and chat.
• Log all issues in CRM package to manage work flow and for future knowledge base reference.
• Collaborate with teammates, requesting help or offering help to others in team environment
• Escalate issues to next level support when appropriate
• Report bugs by investigating reported issues and documenting defects to bug tracking software
• Utilize experiential learning to increase knowledge of both the industry and technology
• Show initiative by making product suggestions or recommending improvements to processes
• Professional communication to course for all pre-installation needs
• Installation of server, client software, and hardware peripherals
• Perform minor network troubleshooting, when necessary
• Act as a business consultant with golf course managers and accountants to customize database for efficient technology implementation
• Direct training of end users on software procedures
• Escalate issues to leadership, assisting and assuring solutions are implemented
• Document implementation information in Salesforce
• Communication on post go live follow up activities and hand off to support process

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Ability to travel up to 30 weeks per year throughout the United States and Canada
• Exceptional communication skills with PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; familiarity with SalesForce.com strongly desired
• Well organized with great attention to detail
• High energy and engaging personality with patience for all levels of technology users required

Additional Job Requirements
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, including weekends, with flexibility

Desired Characteristics

Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable experience within a technology organization
• Knowledge of golf preferred, previous experience with golf and technology products strongly desired
• Working knowledge of basic network troubleshooting skills preferred
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
• High energy and engaging personality with the ability to convey patience, leadership and calm in stressful situations
