Part-time Integrated Sales Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

The part-time Integrated Sales Marketing Coordinator, will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development and execution of integrated sales marketing solutions for Telemundo 20 San Diego utilizing all platforms (TV, Digital, Social, etc) and properties (Local News, Prime, Sports, etc). The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
• Support and contribute to the development and implementation of integrated sales marketing strategies across multi-channel and multi-platform initiatives – including on-air, digital, local events, partnerships, social, etc.
• Assist in maintaining a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed (SharePoint and internal Shared Drive)
• Interface with production, where needed, to communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team
• Compile and summarize campaign posts, digital reports, campaign recap presentations for clients
• Assist in the fulfillment, administration and recaps of sales sweepstakes
• Collaborate with Research to gather competitive research and advertiser media spending to develop new business prospects
• Assist in other general administrative support as requested, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, prize fulfillment

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
