Responsibilities:
: We're looking for a super organized person with impeccable attention to detail for an exciting hybrid position that combines the worlds of news and entertainment.

You will be part of a new project we're working on - to take local news to the next level. Known for your incredible ability to multi-task? Perfect! We're looking for someone who can work closely with the Senior Programming Manager to create & manage local news programming schedules, playlists & content coordination for multiple streaming channels on major OTT platforms.

Plus, you'll be a team member on COZI TV – the national broadcast network that showcases the best of iconic television. Think The Munsters, Frasier, Little House On The Prairie. You'll be involved in promotional and programmatic operations for this successful, established network.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Creating programming schedules for channels
• Implementing daily/weekly playlists
• Effectively communicate with stations & teammates to adjust to last-minute program changes (They happen fast!)
• Anticipate & troubleshoot programming conflicts – for the best viewer experience
• Ensure content delivery for proper playout on channels
• Assist in system entry of all program grids
• Love of iconic television a plus

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years+ Traffic/Coordinator experience
• Impeccable attention to detail – nothing gets by you!
• Excellent organizational skills - this job is all about detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills
• Prior knowledge of scheduling, traffic software and content management systems strongly desired

Desired Characteristics
• Knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic and/or WideOrbit
Network System preferred
• Work overtime with short notice
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
