Responsibilities
The Multi-Platform Coordinator has the exciting opportunity to shape NBCU International Networks' premium streaming service in Latin America, Universal+.

As the Multi-Platform Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating the pages, rails, and playlists that fill the Universal+ suite of apps. A strong team player, you will live at the intersection of our Programming, Marketing, Research & Insights, and Product teams and work closely with them to create a rich, curated content experience for our users.

Job Duties
• Collaborates with Non-Linear Content Specialist and Programming team to develop and maintain the Universal+ content strategy, programming overview, and more
• Curates and maintains all pages of the Universal+ app across all devices and markets
• Develops page curations (rails, playlists) for all landing pages of the app (Home, Series, Movies… etc), curating experiences which add value to end-user browsing and leverage existing roster of content to encourage bingeability
• Copywrites all playlist titles and highlights, create engaging copy that will capture the audience's attention
• Collaborates with Programming, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout content operations workflow to ensure content strategy is reflected across Universal+ suite of apps
• Partners with data insights teams to build understanding of consumption and use data whenever possible to make screen/ playlist recommendations and changes, identify trends, top performers, and engagement drivers for each channel brand
• Spearheads A/B testing of pages, rails, copy, artwork, etc., partnering with Product, Marketing, and Research & Insights teams as needed to optimize sections
• Performs QA/ QC of screens and playlists to flag inconsistencies and bugs, advocating for metadata and imagery optimizations wherever possible
• Develop, edit, and condense metadata, titles, and descriptions as needed
• Uploads and optimizes assets as needed
• Supports the creation of tags, selection of genre classifications, and content categorization
• Conducts market research and data analysis to define Universal+ editorial style guide and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience in Media, Entertainment, or Advertising industries
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience working with a CMS (previous experience with Brightcove or MPX The Platform is a plus!)
• Digital editorial/ curation experience (craft page layouts, copy, playlists, stylistic editing, formatting and more)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
• Adobe Photoshop knowledge/ experience preferred

Additional Job Requirements
