Responsibilities
OVERVIEW

The Materials Coordinator will support the Operations Department by ensuring all content is ready and available for scheduling and airing. The materials coordinator will be responsible for coordinating content for the operations team.

Qualifications/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Order and obtain materials such as show, movies, series, etc. within a specified time frame in order to ensure the operations, traffic, digital and programming teams have all content available.
• Reach out to clients and external offices regarding movies and programs and ensure clients are up-to-date with the latest package & content list
• Assist the Media Operations manager with special requests and/or projects to meet department goals
• Assist in scheduling and tracking the subbing & dubbing for programs, movies by contacting external vendors.
• Ensure all necessary content is available and pre-approved to ensure teams are ahead of schedule.
• Ensure the invoicing process with language vendors are in place.
• Document existing processes and propose improvement workflows.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Understanding of Media Entertainment and programming
• Experience using scheduling systems a plus
• Maintains good customer service with clients and teams
• Organizational skills and proven ability to manage time efficiently to complete work ahead of schedule
• Proactive and fast-paced attitude to ensure libraries are up-to-date and teams do not fall behind due to outdated inventories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years' experience working with a Media, Advertising or TV industry
• High Level of proficiency with the MS Office applications (incl. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Language: Fluent in Spanish, intermediate English.
