Responsibilities

The Position
NBCUniversal's Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $8B annual advertising business.
The Sales Enablement team provides support and builds business solutions for Sales, Planning, Marketing, Research, and Finance departments across a National and Global Ad Sales landscape. The Product Marketing Manager will support sales enablement for NBCUniversal's national Ad Sales and Marketing teams through the development and execution of processes, primarily within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement CRM, the person in this role will:
• Work with stakeholders across Ad Sales and Marketing to build out and maintain our marketing system
• Support and enhance the existing NBCU Ad Sales and Marketing process to promote One Platform selling
• Collaborate with National/Local/Global Sales, Marketing, Research, Finance, and Sales Operations leaders to optimize processes
• Share best practices with co-workers within Sales Enablement, COE, and Salesforce Support teams
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
• Create and deliver ongoing valuable content, tools, and resources through various channels to help our customers succeed
• Report regularly on membership growth and new program impact, highlighting what's worked and what we could optimize
• Stay tuned to the latest trends in sales, marketing, content, and events so that our team stays ahead of the curve
• Remain current on vendor enhancements as new releases are introduced
• Ensure accuracy of Ad Sales data (i.e., accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities)
• Modify documentation as needed for supported properties and work with COE on changes to templates, training materials, quick reference guides, etc.
• Collaborate with COE to deliver training for new hires and on new capabilities ​​​​​​​

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications/Skills
• 3+ years of marketing operations and automation experience
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong background and working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing tools (Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot certification preferred)
• Marketing automation experience (implementation, integrations, management, best practices)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Pivotal Tracker, and/or similar project management tools
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing concepts and work with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution of those plans
• Proven track record in communication excellence within a fast-paced environment with both external (i.e., customers, partners, and agencies) and internal teams
• Experience planning, launching, and measuring long-term marketing programs as a key project lead
• Experience reporting results and presenting data in a way that makes sense to executives and practitioners alike

• Comfortable learning new systems and technical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience with third-party vendors a plus (Seismic, Monday.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
