Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will be supporting the EVP, Marketing and SVP, Brand Marketing across six networks (Bravo, E!,
Oxygen, USA, Syfy, and Universal Kids). They will manage the day-to-day administrative functions and would interact with internal leadership team, clients, networks and all personnel. The Coordinator will also support a highly motivated marketing team in concepting, developing and executing marketing campaigns for Bravo and Oxygen's original series. This includes brand initiatives across both networks including experiential marketing programs, tentpole cultural events and activations, strategic partnerships, and E-commerce merchandising initiatives. The Coordinator role will also be responsible for monitoring cultural trends on both a macro and micro level and conducting competitive research to inform our marketing and promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will have a creative sensibility and strategic acumen, strong communication skills, will be a highly organized self-starter while demonstrating thorough attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:  
• Provide heavy administrative support, i.e. answering phones, scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials. Support includes but is not limited to:
o Coordinating travel and expenses reports for EVP and SVP
o Maintaining a department vacation/OOO calendar
o Planning department internal events including A/V, scheduling, presentations
o Key point of contact with Senior Executives across the company
• Help Brand Marketing team with day-to-day communications with internal key stakeholders and external agency partners, including administrative tasks and meeting or presentation logistics
• Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects, which includes brainstorming fresh ideas for activations across our owned channels, experiential, out of home, promotional partnerships, multi-market stunts, with flawless attention to detail   
• Serve as point person within the department on cultural insights and research, monitoring and proactively sharing emerging trends across multiple industries to inform brand and show campaign strategies and ideation  
• Serve as main point of contact for marketing asset requests for assigned projects, by coordinating logistics and overseeing timelines and deliverables  
• Assist Brand Marketing team with company-wide efforts that are of priority each quarter • Continuously ideate, identify and share creative and strategic marketing ideas & stay on top of industry trends, events and unique opportunities   

Qualifications
• This position requires 1+ years of experience.
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Details
Salary: $22.00 Per Hour ($ USD)
