DIVISION PROFILE
NBCUniversal Global Distribution is responsible for the sales and distribution of NBC Universal product to all forms of television and new media platforms in over 200 territories across the globe, its revenue portfolio exceeding $5Bn per year. This includes a rich library of more than 4,200 feature films and 110,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming, and locally produced content from around the world. NBCUniversal Global Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal.
OVERVIEW
The Manager will be responsible for servicing Feature Film and promotional materials to a select group of Worldwide Electronic-Sell Through, Video-On-Demand and Premium Video-On-Demand clients who license product from NBC Universal. This position will be responsible for setting up delivery in a timely fashion and in accordance with contractual terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with Sales, Sales Administration, Legal, Marketing, Publicity, Technical Services and outside Post Production and Storage facilities to ensure that all necessary materials are properly created and provided for the EST/VOD/PVOD markets.
• Review contractual terms to determine their impact on operations, advise Sales and Business leads, and ensure license agreements are properly approved before the delivery of assets.
• Work in conjunction with all teams responsible for distribution of Feature Film product to our clients in order to optimize workflows, i.e. SVOD.
• Maintain reports of all product licensed, delivery requirements, and status of servicing. Update purchase order and inventory systems with relevant delivery and invoice information.
• Manage the research of materials needed to service clients including time sensitive launches.
• Investigate and resolve material rejections.
• Deal with inquiries from clients, responding to all questions and concerns regarding NBC Universal Feature Film product.
• Collaborate with local media team leads, in both London and LA, to ensure overlapping workflows/processes are in sync across the department.
• Improve, establish & implement processes and policies to increase efficiencies and productivity through automation.
• React quickly to resolve short-term issues without losing track of longer-term tasks; prioritize requests, self-direct and maintain focus under strict deadline pressure and concurrent priorities.
• Be willing to attend industry meetings and conferences to expand knowledge of Content Distribution Business and become a Subject Matter Expert.
• Assist in metadata and art delivery when needed.
• Utilize Client portals for the purpose of tracking materials and problem solving.
• Perform other related duties as requested by management.

Qualifications/Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher.
• Minimum of four years' experience in digital distribution operations (preferably with EST/VOD/SVOD clients. i.e. Amazon, Google), Database & Analytics or related fields.
• Advanced Knowledge with Excel, including Macros (VBA), Databases, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other Advanced Formulas.
