What You'll be Doing
You'll be part of the Corporate CoE Enterprise Solutions team within Global Talent Development. We create and run the enterprise-wide strategy, tools, and processes to get to know our employees – who they are, what they need – and understand how they feel about working at NBCUniversal. You'll impact the employee experience of talent through all our many businesses through the discovery, design, and deployment of enterprise solutions including surveys, performance feedback, talent mobility and talent reviews. You'll play an important part in ensuring that talent and leaders throughout the company are engaged and proud to work at NBCUniversal.

At the core of this role, you will:
• Scale global talent management processes –e.g., employee surveys, performance feedback, talent reviews/succession planning – and bring a talent management perspective to innovate and improve the UX
• Drive the systems and tools that encourage behavior change and accountability in our talent and people managers
• Use data to measure, monitor, and improve the solutions and programs of our greatest asset at NBCUniversal – our talent

Your Responsibilities:
• Drive the end-to-end collection and analysis of employee insights:
• Manage our bi-annual global employee engagement survey, from question creation through report generation, in partnership with key business partners and executive stakeholders
• Create ad hoc surveys to assess corporate priorities, e.g., work from home/return to office, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Talent Lab post-experience surveys
• Provide data ideas and solutions for Business OD/HR partners looking for advanced insights and reporting
• Design, help build and launch HR systems and tools:
• Partner with HR Operations and IT on the creation and launch of two new HRIS platforms for 2022 – continuous feedback and talent review/talent pools
• Partner with Talent Development team members and IT to build an online system and process flow that powers a new hybrid people manager training solution
• Consult and collaborate with HR generalists, Business OD professionals, HR Operations, and Corporate Communications on additional Talent Management needs
• Remain a student of our field and our company, keeping up with changes internally that impact our enterprise scope, as well as trends externally (tech, tools, systems, etc.) in the talent space that can emphasize employee impact

Every week will be different, and you'll play an important role developing our talent, which is at the heart of our success as a creative company.
