NBCUniversal Global Distribution is responsible for the sales and distribution of NBC Universal product to all forms of television and new media platforms in over 200 territories across the globe, its revenue portfolio exceeding $5Bn per year. This includes a rich library of more than 4,200 feature films and 110,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming, and locally produced content from around the world. NBCUniversal Global Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal.
OVERVIEW
The Manager, Sales Planning & Administration supports the US Television and New Media sales team and will be responsible for linear, SVOD and AVOD deal entry. The Manager will also be responsible for deal management, license fee calculations and analysis, maintaining the Domestic Availability Grid which tracks the initial windowing cycle for new theatrical and DTV product and for maintaining relevant product information and clearances in the contract/availability management and inventory system (SAFE). Extensive data analysis using Excel is required, as well as product research on various websites and other internal applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Team lead for non-standard license fee calculations (tier increases, co-exclusive reductions, etc.)
• Domestic Availability Report – Monitor new release dates for theatrical films, DVD releases and acquisitions using internal and external reports, update SAFE with license deal terms, manage initial start dates for four output deals, coordinate changes with digital platform team, produce and distribute weekly report
• Excel - Maintain reports to help manage product, processes, notices, and contract terms; create formulas and macros for reports and deal management tools
• Deal Management – Review and interpret complex license agreements. Enter and maintain deal terms in SAFE. Manage license agreements that include multi-level media right grants, holdbacks, emerging media, and varied pricing structures and payment terms; monitor new release dates for TV series seasons
• Communicate and collaborate with Domestic Sales Strategy, Sales Administration Management, Finance, Legal, and Distribution Services, as needed, to obtain the necessary information to ensure that all deals are processed accurately and appropriate documentation has been received to meet internal deadlines and contract obligations
• Prepare and distribute contractual client notices
• Provide product availability reports as needed for Sales and Management
• Keep organized, current, and accessible electronic files
• Research and verify product rights and metadata
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other related duties as requested by management to support the Sales Planning and Administration functions

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience

Desired Characteristics
