Responsibilities

Job Duties
• Craft core messaging for marquee corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, such as The More You Know PSAs, Creative Impact Lab, Project Innovation, and NBCUnites
• Architect multi-platform promotional campaigns for CSR programs that reach internal and external audiences in effective and innovative ways
• Oversee media and influencer outreach on an overall and project-specific basis. This includes:
• Crafting press releases and talking points for executives on NBCUniversal's CSR efforts
• Continuously optimizing outreach lists
• Building relationships with key contacts
• Actively pitch media placements, awards, speaker opportunities, and cultural zeitgeist moments in order to showcase the company's CSR initiatives
• Support and execute marketing and communications elements of internal- and external-facing events at all stages – planning, promotion, on-site, and recapping – in close coordination with our CSR partnerships colleagues
• Maintain the CSR brand presence across NBCUniversal platforms, such as NBCUnviersal.com, internal employee hubs, and social media
• Facilitate feedback process on all branding and content elements with creative partners and brand stakeholders
• Contribute as an integral part of the CSR team to the overall development of CSR initiatives across NBCUniversal businesses
• Represent the CSR team in key meetings with internal and external partners across NBCUniversal, Comcast, and our non-profit partner network
• Manage and oversee the responsibilities of a coordinator, as well as NBC Pages and interns, as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing and communications experience

Additional Requirements
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
