UPHE's Digital Distribution group is responsible for managing the Studio's Film, TV, and Non-Theatrical business that includes licensing content to Airlines. This role is a multi- functional role, working with the Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams.

The Manager will support day-to-day commercial initiatives for the Airline Content Licensing business. This position will support the VP on deal management and negotiation, manage the flow of licensing, the release schedule, and marketing information to internal the teams including Operations, Finance, Legal and external clients. The Manger will ensure all timelines are met, and standard process workflows are satisfied in order to facilitate the licensing/servicing UPHE's global content.

Responsibilities
• Assist in managing commercial licensing negotiations and licensing agreements.
• Manage and respond to licensing inquires, including pricing and bookings.
• Research title rights and title hold backs for Film & TV product, and work with team to ensure all title information is reflected accurately in the systems.
• Utilize internal systems to track upcoming release dates, work with Studio partners on all product updates and create slate of upcoming titles for internal and external use.
• Manage TV & Film expirations and internal/external communication.
• Manage license tracking and communicate relevant updates to internal including Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
• Handling trafficking approvals for client access to internal asset management systems and updating internal teams with client information.
• Assist in updating technology system requirements and communicate out to clients as needed.
• Manage and maintain airlines release schedule ensuring accuracy of all information.
• Develop and manage monthly client newsletter, email distribution lists and other documents. required by the airline and CSP partners.
• Work with V.P to manage annual client events including LA Screenings and industry shows.
• Track both Studio and Content Service Provider/Airline competitive and industry information.
• Create and manage various monthly tracking reports.
• Assist on-going day to day work management as necessary and assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience of working within media/content distribution business.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
