Responsibilities
Role

Dynamic and exciting opportunity to provide human resources support for clients within Content Distribution as well as TV & Streaming HQ Functions. The HR Manager will have responsibility for directly supporting Executive level clients, providing strategic input into organizational design, managing employee relations issues, ensuring a robust talent pipeline, leading the performance management process, compensation planning, succession planning and all other HR initiatives for this population.

Responsibilities:
• Provide broad HR support for Content Distribution & TV & Streaming HQ Human Resources clients
• Operate as a business partner providing HR guidance/expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR practices, the business operations, and other related areas (ex: coaching and management, organizational design, employee engagement, etc.)
• Manage key HR initiatives, including performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, and learning and development
• Work with department leaders, and staff to establish and maintain a positive work environment which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and investigations and, when necessary, in partnership with legal
• Create an environment of positive employee relations by respecting confidentiality, establishing trust and credibility, being seen by employees as approachable and fair, balancing business needs with employee needs, and spending significant time interfacing directly with employees
• Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner
• Manage staffing process working with clients and talent acquisition partners to identify recruitment strategies as well as ensure diverse candidates slates and top-quality candidate selection
• Uncover, assess and propose opportunities for HR process improvements
• Lead special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum five years relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development

• Strong employee relations experience; can earn trust and credibility with leaders and employees
• Project and process management skills, demonstrated track record of delivering results
• Demonstrated executive presence and strong presentation/communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and be proactive
