Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, this key member of the TV and Streaming HQ team helps drive reporting on the multi-billion TV&S portfolio. This role provides the opportunity to become immersed in the portfolio's multiple business models, specifically TV Entertainment and Direct-to-consumer businesses, with the ability to gain an in-depth view and understanding of the full portfolio P&L. The Sr/Manager helps drives the budget, planning and estimate cycles and related portfolio financial analysis across TV Entertainment & DTC. The role works closely with all FP&A teams and with Corporate FP&A, providing visibility of quarterly results. The Sr/Manager also provides FP&A support to the TV Entertainment and Peacock Originals programming Senior VP. Other responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ownership of TV Entertainment originals programming reporting and variance analysis.
• Lead the consolidation and review of the TV programming and production master file which highlights key programming KPIs.
• Partner with TV&S Business Development team on on-going programming analysis
• Ownership of Operating Cash Flow and Free Cash Flow reporting and forecast for specific Business Units including quarterly forecasts, actuals variance analysis, yearly budget, and long-term strategic planning.
• Ownership of TV&S HQ OCF and FCF financial models used for pacings, budget, and long-range plan.
• Asses and review risks and opportunities to the current forecast to influence HQ topsides.
• Summarize key changes to forecast and create executive presentations leveraged for operating reviews and Corporate updates.
• Assist on consolidations and review of corporate supplementals.
• Lead OCF and FCF quarterly volatility analysis to influence HQ topsides and areas of pacing improvements.
• Keep portfolio KPIs and trends updated for budget and long-range plan cycles.
• Responsible for TV&S liquidity process.
• Lead special projects & ongoing ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Manage and mentor CORE associate.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with demonstrated progression.
• Finance and accounting skills, including Financial Planning and Analysis desired.
• Must be willing to work in New York and be open to travel to Los Angeles.
