Responsibilities
The Manager, Digital Product and Streaming is responsible for helping to develop and maintain Telemundo digital properties while also managing the execution of the content streaming strategy.
Job Duties
Design and review of test cases, process change requests and manage project scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
Elicit and gather product requirement documents, wireframes and mocks while accounting for design challenges and external dependencies.
Work with technology teams to create functional / tech requirements
Q/A and regression testing for platform enhancement or bug fix deployment releases
Develop new products/platforms and manage the existing Telemundo Desktop/Mobile Web, iOS mobile app, Android mobile app, tvOS, Roku and FireTV platform and livestream experiences ensuring user engagement and business value
Design and review of test cases, process change requests and manage project scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
Create, test development, design and bug fix tickets in JIRA (Issue and Project Tracking Software) across multiple projects.
Execute deployment and app submission process for the various digital platforms
Understand the competitive landscape, and prepare competitive analysis and research
Partner with external agencies to develop new products concepts and designs
Set up, test, and execute new sponsorship campaigns for each of our digital platforms to ensure campaign deliverables are executed successfully.
Troubleshoot, report and or escalate digital platform issues across all of our digital platforms
Assist with Telemundo high importance priorities as needed
Collaborate on the ideation and development of new ideas for content streaming strategy
Manage the execution of the content streaming strategy to ensure assets are delivered on time, optimize placement of assets on the platform and coordinate promotion with the appropriate teams.
Review weekly metrics for content streaming to enhance the current productions on all digital platforms
Manage all content and partnership deals to continue to develop and expand our brand to reach broader audiences.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum five (5) years of web or mobile product development and project management experience
Strong knowledge of web development technologies
Must be well-versed with streaming platforms and content management systems.
Proficient in MS Project, Power Point, Excel, Jira.
Experience with various product types, including: websites and mobile development and design
Fluent Bilingual Spanish is required
