Responsibilities
Role

Working closely with the Creative V.P., the Creative Manager will have oversight developing creative assets and project management for Entertainment One's global portfolio of films, TV and family animation. Supporting digital and physical platforms, development includes: key art, packaging, menus, EST, digital marketing paid and social assets as well as audio visual materials. Strong project management with the ability to be a conceptual and strategic thinker who is able to handle a high volume of projects and multi-tasking. Savvy about the global home entertainment digital and physical landscape with a focus on the eOne business in the marketplace.

The Creative Manager will have a strong combination of business acumen, creativity and able to foster and maintain relationships with eOne stakeholders, brand marketing, cross-functional teams and outside agencies. Must be a self-starter who can provide clear and concise direction with internal and external partners, while meeting all global project deadlines. Able to foresee, trouble shoot and resolve issues with manufacturing, global tech operations and outside agencies.

Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced rapidly changing environment and be poised to help drive our business forward in the future of new technologies with database management input. Ability to oversee International considerations such as multiple dates, culturally sensitive and SKU configurations.

Project management includes:
• Work closely with eOne to obtain all project assets including: global theatrical key art executions, explorations, photography, digital marketing & social assets as well as audio visual materials.
• Manage creative development and deadlines for global releases and ensure timely delivery of assets including, Blu-ray, DVD & 4k packaging & generics needed for territory localization, menus, inserts, stickers, EST, digital distribution, retail marketing assets and in-store needs.
• Track, manage and ingest, with support of outside agency, all audio-visual materials, i.e., trailer and TV spots for repurposing of downstream assets supporting the digital and physical business. Adapt trailers for EPO, EST, create end card messaging for VOD, digital marketing paid and social and business communication needs.
• Strong understanding of paid ad summary language and criteria needed for development of key art, packaging and all advertising materials. Will work closely with Creative V.P., legal affairs and eOne to outline and understand information regarding likeness restrictions, filmmaker and talent approvals.
• Provide clear and concise design direction and budgets to outside agencies. Ensure agencies receive all pertinent assets and information needed to complete projects on time, within budget and open PO's at the start of each project.
• Manage global release schedule of titles and multiple territory release dates. Must be able to communicate rapidly changing dates and information to brand marketing, manufacturing, and tech operations as well as eOne stakeholders, while managing development of project materials.
• Presentation of creative materials to brand marketing and eOne stakeholders. Liaise with legal as well as other internal groups for signoff on all materials as well as trafficking assets.
• Fulfill various asset requests from digital and physical sales teams as well as brand marketing.

Qualifications/Requirements

Desired Characteristics
• Previous experience in design and production of various types of digital and physical creative materials a must.
• Strong knowledge of the print production process, excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be Mac fluent with hands on design background preferred in the Adobe suite.
• The Ideal candidate is able to articulate unique positioning of creative solutions, anticipate project needs and present to senior team members as well as internal and external partners.
• This candidate effectively balances the creative nuances each project may have against the broader business model and goals for the Entertainment One business.
• Big picture mentality with detail focus. Ability to manage all stages of process from design to presentation, routing, servicing, localizing and billing. Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver. In addition, be able to work as a team player and work well within a large corporate structure.
