We are looking for an experienced content & brand marketing expert to drive engagement and new user acquisition for NBC Sports Next's SportsEngine youth sports consumer brand.

The ideal candidate has a passion for building brands through traditional digital marketing tactics and content creation to support their brand. Candidates will have a test & learn mindset and thrive on keeping up to date with the ever-changing digital landscape. They should embrace and help drive change while being able to build genuine & authentic connections, proactively create solutions out of challenges, and be an advocate for their vision.

This person will partner with Product Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Product Management, Creative Services, and Digital Operations to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting parents, coaches, and team managers to drive new subscriptions & engagement in SportsEngine's consumer-facing tools. Additionally, this person will work with other NBCUniversal & Comcast business units to build connections across the company and find opportunities to integrate the SportsEngine broadly across the portfolio.

As a Manager, Consumer Brand Marketing, you will……
• Own the strategic marketing plan, quarterly KPIs, and monthly targets for assigned brands and products.
• Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
• Execute a best-in-class acquisition strategy to achieve user acquisition goals leveraging both paid and organic tactics.
• Create original content (social, editorial & video) to support engagement and user acquisition
• Partner closely across the marketing department to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life across multiple channels, including email, PR, on-air, social media (paid & organic), events, and websites.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing to ensure conversion rates are aligned with company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Four or more years of Digital Marketing experience spanning email, paid search, paid social, programmatic campaigns, and other general digital marketing competencies
• Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing products
• Experience building behavior-based marketing tactics that drive conversions and reduce churn
• Experience creating original content to support user engagement using the Adobe Suite of tools and social media tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
• Combination of marketing knowledge, technical expertise, and overall project management skills
• Additional Job Requirements
