Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Line Producer for The Kelly Clarkson Show. The Line Producer reports to the Executive in Charge of Production and will be responsible for day-to-day operational duties in connection with the production office and studio. This is a Run of Show position.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage production department and production crew.
• Manage day to day studio operations, including coordinating between departments. Coordinate with HR, Legal and Accounting to ensure compliant processes
• Responsible for studio schedules as well as serving as the primary point of contact for Studio Operations
• Manage crew payroll, SAG AFTRA/AFM contracts, minor permits, animal handlers, SFX, specialty labor as needed.
• Track Show Costs for the EIC and Accounting teams to assure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Movie Magic Budgeting
• At least 5-years prior experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager in film or television
• Prior experience managing a production crew and department
• Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, California
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

Desired Characteristics

Desired Characteristics:
• Prior experience as a Line Producer for a daytime talk show preferred
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and multitask a wide range of responsibilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, both in contributing to the creative team as well as in representing the department throughout the company
