Responsibilities
E! News is looking for a Graphics Coordinator as outlined below.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all show graphics with directing staff.
• Work closely with all shows Producers on graphic orders.
• Keep fast-paced live environment control room team organized and informed of all graphic elements.
• Works closely with Graphics Producer and Artists to implement and fulfill all levels of graphics required.
Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience working in News or other similar fast-paced live broadcast deadline environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Television Production.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and a News based production rundown program.
Desired Characteristics:
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Television, Journalism or Communications preferred.
• Knowledge of iNews computer-based television Production Program.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be organized.
• Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize in very busy situations.
• Demonstrate good ''people skills'' in order to interact with co-workers and producers.
• Strong Grammar skills and accurate spelling.
Additional Requirements:
• Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings due to news cycles and breaking news.
• References from previous employers required.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated.
