Job Description
Responsibilities
The executive assistant is responsible for support and administration of the following duties such as calendar, meetings, travel, filing, ordering office supplies, covering phone for SVP.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and conference rooms
• Schedule and coordinate travel, process monthly T&E
• Stock and monitor office and kitchen supplies
• Ordering of office and kitchen supplies
• Distribute various reports (DAR, Universal International Chronological Release Date Schedules, Feature Release Schedule) to FCAR Group
• Cover phones as needed
• Coordinate Central Files requests
• Track status of Audits once reports are received, which includes scheduling audit settlement meetings with Talent Business and Attorneys, tracking settlement payments, preparing and send out cover letter once settlement payments are issued, notifying Sr. Vice President, Director of Audits, and Director managing reserves that payment has been issued
• Maintain audit files from Intent to Audit notices to audit completion/close
• Assist on special projects as needed

• SAP
• SNAP
• GateWorks
• Concur

Eligibility Requirements:
• Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently
• Minimum 2 years working in an administrative capacity
