WORKING TITLE ASSISTANT ROLE

Reports to: Co-Chairman, Working Title
Location: Central London Office
Start date: January 2022

Role purpose and

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, trustworthy and diligent assistant to support a leading producer at a busy Film and TV production company. This position will manage the co-Chairman's complex diary, providing seamless support by coordinating meetings, handling incoming calls and requests, and liaising with both internal and studio teams. The new assistant will also be responsible for key elements of the producer's personal life.

The role is largely administrative and managerial, with exposure to the hugely exciting and dynamic film business and the potential to learn about the industry and film producing. It is key that the new assistant can juggle numerous and varied duties with a very strong emphasis on organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail. Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
• Manage the Co-Chairman's complex calendar; coordinate meetings both internally and externally with creative talent and executives across different time zones.
• Manage travel arrangements for the Co-Chairman, both business and personal.
• Organise company-wide events and screenings.
• Administer finances on behalf of the Co-Chairman
• Manage and organise project paperwork for the Co-Chairman
• Maintain high level of communication internally between the Co-Chairman, development and production teams as well as externally with directors, writers and studio executives.

Person specification

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities/qualifications:
• Must have at least 1+ years of experience in an administrative/support role, preferably within the media industry
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a large volume of tasks.
• A genuine passion for Film & TV, specifically Working Title's slate, and a hunger to learn.
• An ability to maintain a high level of discretion and sensitively handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech aptitude.
• Proactive approach, positive attitude, the ability to quickly adapt to a demanding and fast-moving position and work effectively in a team
