Responsibilities:
The Director of Revenue Fulfillment & Strategy will be responsible for leading key strategic analysis that optimizes Ad Revenue for the Peacock service. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional groups, both within and outside of the Peacock organization. The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, as well as understand multiple aspects of the business (i.e. Product, Tech, Business Development, Finance, etc.) will be key. Specifics include:
• Develop analytical tools/models that combine consumption & monetization data to aide in future product and content decisions, as well as long term advertising revenue modeling
• Partner with Ad Sales to ensure alignment between go-to market sales efforts and product capabilities and content plans
• Collaborate with Finance/Research/Ad Sales/etc. on development of forecasts for key business cycles
• Provide financial valuation for ad experience experimentation processes
• Lead reporting & analysis for Ad Revenue focused KPIs, such as revenue/hour, usage rates, overall consumption, monetization rates, etc.
• Understand and communicate variance drivers to underlying forecast assumptions
• Assist Business Development team with acquisition models
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS 4-year degree in business or finance; MBA/advanced degree a plus
• 7+ years of experience in Finance or Strategy roles
• Prior Digital/Streaming experience preferred, Ad Sales experience a plus
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to build financial models and presentations for senior leadership

• Demonstrated leadership skills, especially ability to influence and lead change in cross-functional teams
• High energy and ability to multi-task
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000 (bonus & long-term incentive eligible)
