Responsibilities
NBCUniversal's Entertainment & Lifestyle Group is looking for a Director of Product to help innovate and execute product initiatives for brands including Bravo, NBC, Oxygen, SYFY, and USA Networks.
As a part of the Product & UX team, you will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience to drive core KPIs and growth. We're looking for a product expert with extensive experience in the entertainment, media, or news space – a creative problem solver who is passionate about data, obsessed with details, and believes that the best outcomes come from a collaborative, inclusive approach. Responsibilities
• Help set the vision and strategy for NBCUniversal's Entertainment & Lifestyle brand platform and products
• Evaluate new product opportunities with data and users at the forefront
• Continuously evolve the customer experience via A/B testing and experimentation
• Work with a cross-functional group of designers, engineers, and data analysts to ensure alignment, execution, and launches
• Maintain the product backlog and product roadmap. Own the prioritization process based on business value and customer impact
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
• Present the product roadmap and status to stakeholders and leadership on an ongoing basis. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000 (Bonus Eligble)
Qualifications
• 7+ years product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering products to market in the entertainment, media, news, or lifestyle space
• Experienced in design, and hypothesis-driven product development
• Experienced in running actionable experiments and A/B tests
• Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
• Able to articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to achieve it
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Driven to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
• This is a full-time hybrid working position based in New York.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience or familiarity with Drupal CMS or equivalent
Additional Requirements:
