Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
• Work with Executive Vice President to review and approve daily show production materials (scripts, rundowns, guest bookings, updates) for late night and comedy specials across Peacock
• Provide EP'S and other show producers with feedback and notes on creative elements of shows and discuss planning for future programs
• Support EVP with collecting and reviewing research & ratings data on talent
• Liaison between Peacock and shows regarding scheduling and promos
• Communicate most recent developments from each show to pertinent internal departments including Ad Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Program Standards and serve as a resource for day-to-day issues.
• Identify programming opportunities for Symphony initiatives
• Work with EVP to ensure producer/writer/staff deals and pick-ups are handled timely and efficiently
• Assist with coordination of marketing and social strategy with digital marketing team
• Monitor development of shows/specials and attend rehearsals and tapings
• Manage ad hoc requests from Executive Vice President, Late Night Programming as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years' work experience in the television industry
• 5+ years' work experience in a production or development capacity
• Hands-on experience in programming from both a production and development standpoint required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
